• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must, before placing an offer, inspect the item and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on something that could have been observed during the pre‑inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold with no seller warranty, and there is no right of exchange or return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days in accordance with the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the “delivery methods and costs” section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT and VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or right of return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, the item’s condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle status: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check a vehicle’s tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several days to a week. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the lower selling price, and any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
