Seized share apartment for sale on the bank of the Pomarkku River, Pomarkku

The object is sold by competitive online bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com during the period 13 April 2026 – 3 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 3 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic incrementer. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the bid relates. The written purchase bid is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The bid must be submitted no later than 30 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority, Pori office, address: Ulosottolaitos, Pori office, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori, or by e‑mail to pori.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.
