Terms of Sale

The lot will be sold by upward bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 April and 9 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 20:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The bailiff will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the offeror's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply as in the online auction. Offers must be submitted no later than 7 May 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by e-mail to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sales period.
