Property complex, Lastukoski school site, Sarander Oy Bankruptcy Estate, Kuopio

The bankruptcy estate is selling a property complex in Lastulahti, Kuopio (Lastukoski school site).

Most recently, the premises operated as a child welfare unit, with places for a total of seven young people. Previously, it operated as a guesthouse.

Renovation work has been carried out and remains to be done. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump and air-source heat pumps. Domestic hot water is heated with oil. There are four oil tanks, each with a capacity of 1,500 L.

Items visible in the pictures but not belonging to the estate include at least: a sheep enclosure, exercise bike, cross-trainer, two office cabinets and two computer monitors.

The following were found to be defective during the inspection: doorbell system, tumble dryer, one extractor fan, dish spray, Fagor oven, the air-source heat pump of one apartment; plasterboard and doors require replacement, and the roof has leaked (see pictures).

Electricity connection 3 x 50 A, with a refundable value of €2,392.38.

A Mitsubishi Electric PUHZ-SHW160YKA air-to-water heat pump is located on the property and was acquired under a lease agreement from Siemens Financial Services AB. The device is not included in the sale, and the buyer must make their own agreement concerning the device with Siemens Financial Services AB.

The movable property belonging to the property is included in the sale.

The property has been relisted because the party that previously submitted the highest purchase offer withdrew from the transaction.
