Seized property in Kannus, Kannus

The property is seized and will be sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing, as applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit equal to 20 per cent of the purchase price. Further payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the bid.
