The item is sold by incremental bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 24 March – 7 April 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 7 April 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is seized and is sold by private sale under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer pays the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official fund account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will issue the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. Payment by credit card is not possible.

If it is not possible to submit bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the incrementing mechanism. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 2 April 2026 at 12:00 to the address below. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the number of the item in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.
