The item for sale is located at Rovakatu 20–22 B, 96200 Rovaniemi.

Viewing is possible by appointment on weekdays between 08:00 and 16:00.

The buyer is responsible for all costs related to moving and/or transporting the item.

Bids are binding. The highest bidder must pay without delay, and in any case no later than two (2) days from acceptance of the highest bid, the full purchase price to the bankruptcy estate’s designated bank account.
