Method of making offers

The item is sold by increment bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 24 March 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the lot number in the www.huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions apply to it as to the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 March 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority, Oulu office, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu or by e-mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

Buyer’s liability

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted,

the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. Failure

to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under Chapter 5, Section 25

of the Enforcement Code.

Lowest acceptable offer

The enforcement officer may not accept the highest bid if, in the officer's assessment, the bid is clearly below the market value of the property in the locality.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify separately of the acceptance of the highest bid. The person who made the highest bid must immediately pay the full purchase price into the Enforcement Authority's official funds account. If payment is not made within the specified time, annual default interest will be charged in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

Obligations and rights transferring to the buyer

The buyer is obliged to register the vehicle in their name.

Other information

If a buyer in the online auction makes a bid on behalf of another person, the actual buyer’s details must be provided immediately after the highest bid by e‑mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. Otherwise the enforcement officer will make the sales decision in favour of the party who submitted the highest accepted bid. The property has been seized and is sold under the enforcement officer’s supervision by private sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

The buyer will obtain possession and ownership of the lot only when the purchase price has been paid in full. The enforcement officer will issue a certificate of acquisition to the buyer.

The vehicle must be collected from the Enforcement Authority’s warehouse after payment of the purchase price without undue delay.

Buyers are advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before making an offer.

Appeals

An enforcement appeal against the sale and actions related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of the sale. Appeal instructions are attached to the sales decision.

The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 20 March 2026 at 16:15 at the address Enforcement Authority / Oulu office, Torikatu 34-40, 90100 Oulu or by e‑mail to oulu.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi. A written bid is binding and the same conditions as in the online auction apply to it. The written bid must be signed and must show the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the lot in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by private sale under the supervision of the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
