The item has been described for the sale by the seller. The item has not been inspected by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot The bidder must inspect the lot, company documents and other related records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered on inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item has no warranty, exchange or right of return from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The auction must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Goods origin The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Before buying, please check any related matters, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicles' possible tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a fee of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection fees in full with interest.
