• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold from use in their current condition, directly from use or storage. The seller has described the item for the listing. As no independent inspection has been made, there may be hidden defects not apparent in the listing.

• 👓 Inspecting the item Bidders must inspect the item and any related documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller's warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com email. Please note there is a separate collection fee for each winning bid; if you have multiple wins, the fee must be paid for each item. • 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. The goods are not new and may have defects or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check matters related to the purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: Buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: Buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as is, but the seller warrants that the information given in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not announce acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction's end, the bid no longer binds the bidder
