The original lease agreement is attached.

Connections:

The property has four electricity supply points, each 3×25 A. The electricity connection is registered to the neighbouring housing company. There is an outstanding debt of €201.21 to Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö for the supply points (as of 15 December 2025). The buyer must pay the outstanding charges relating to the supply points to have them transferred. The bankruptcy estate will pay electricity bills from the start of the bankruptcy proceedings.
