The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 16 March and 7 April 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bid increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. Written offers must be submitted no later than 2 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Lappeenranta office, address Villimiehenkatu 2, 53100 Lappeenranta, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.
