Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. You may also bid in person on site by giving the seller an offer. The seller and buyer agree to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Inspection of the item


The bidder must inspect the property, documents and papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.


Information provided by the seller


The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and that can be expected to affect the sale.


Conclusion of the sale


The sale of real property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the sales contract will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. The registration fee of the notary shall be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for transport and removal costs. Assistance can be provided.

Must be removed during March 2026.

Withdrawal from the sale


A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.
