Located in the Mäntlahti village of Hamina, a designated plot of approximately 4,040 m². (The area of the building zone according to the master plan is about 3,670 m²). Shoreline length is approximately 65 m. Zoning: RA, holiday housing area, and partly MU-1, an area dominated by agriculture and forestry with specific need for recreation management.

The plot's building right is up to 200 m² of floor area and permits one holiday home and outbuildings. Buildings may be up to two storeys.
