Viewing the property
Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property in question, its documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing of the sale. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under the prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the purchase

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
