The movable items on the site are included in the sale and the buyer is responsible for removing them.

The buildings' natural stone foundations may be left on site, but other foundation materials must be removed (e.g. blocks, slabs, etc.). The buyer must clear and remove all demolition waste and items.

The buyer is responsible for all costs arising from dismantling and transport and for the further handling of dismantled and cleaned material that is not suitable for reuse in accordance with waste legislation, as well as any waste handling fees. The buyer is also responsible for the occupational safety of any dismantling work and transports and must ensure they do not pose a danger to third parties.

Ground transports must be carried out when the ground is snow-covered.

The buyer must notify Metsähallitus's representative of the start and completion of the dismantling/relocation works.

Dismantling, removal and site cleaning must be completed by 1 May 2027. If the area has not been cleaned by the deadline, Metsähallitus will charge the buyer for the cleaning costs.

Metsähallitus will handle the necessary official permits related to the dismantling.

You may inspect the building and surroundings independently. No separate viewing will be arranged.

Before submitting an offer, bidders must familiarise themselves sufficiently with the building for sale and the possibilities for dismantling and transport. The buyer cannot later rely on matters that could have been observed during a pre-inspection.
