The property will be sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 23 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

The seized property is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer via the online service www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period expires on 23 February 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the specified payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit equal to 20 percent of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s official escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. The payment period must be agreed separately. If payment time is granted, interest will be charged on the whole purchase price for the agreed payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment.
