The property is sold in an online auction arranged on the site www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 24/03/2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted will be decided separately.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If necessary, up to six weeks' payment period may be granted for the remainder of the purchase price. Interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act will be charged on the entire purchase price for the payment period. The annual interest rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidder. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates.

The property has been seized and is sold by the enforcement officer by free sale, observing as applicable the general auction terms set out in the Enforcement Code.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves with the property, the sales brochure and the attached documents. The sales brochure is indicative and not a comprehensive description of the sale object. Buyers should therefore inspect the property before making an offer.

The transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and the transfer tax. The buyer must apply for title to the acquisition within six months of the date of the deed. The buyer must pay the transfer tax proactively at the latest when applying for title, unless exempt from transfer tax.

The buyer acquires ownership of the property and the deed will be delivered to the buyer only when the sale has become final and the purchase price has been paid in full.
