Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Examples of condition that apply to all items are below:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chairs upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the items look neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: An office chairs upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but they may be slightly stiff, e.g. in a chair. Often an older model and faded compared with new, but a functioning chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: An office chairs upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base is scratched. An electric desks top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (for example in a chair).

Items won at auction must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed collection information will be sent by email to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After this we charge a storage fee of 5050 per day unless otherwise agreed.
