Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all furniture:

• Like new: The furniture is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or slight wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks tidy and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or one slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless otherwise stated, but may be a little stiff, for example on an office chair. Often an older model and upholstery faded from new, but a functional office chair is classed as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or heavily worn and the base scratched. An electric desk top can have multiple visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff, for example on an office chair.

Items won must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, a separate delivery time will be notified.

After this we charge €50/day storage, unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be emailed after the auction ends.
