The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that good condition does not mean new. Below are examples of condition levels that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: An office chair’s upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or minor wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall the furniture looks neat and in good condition. All adjustments work.

• Acceptable: Upholstery may have a few small stains or a single slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more visible scratches or marks and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer (e.g. an office chair). Often an older model and the upholstery may be faded compared with new, but a functioning chair is classified as acceptable.

• Poor: Upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. An electric desk’s top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be stiff (e.g. an office chair).

Won lots must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection is from our central warehouse; detailed pickup information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is to be delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge a storage fee of €50/day unless otherwise agreed.

Detailed pickup instructions will be sent by email after the auction ends.
