The item is used. You are welcome to inspect it if you wish.

Please note that an item in good condition is not new. Below are examples of condition grades that apply to all items:

• Like new: The item is equivalent to new and has no defects, at most dust.

• Good: The office chair upholstery may have a single small stain, slight pilling or some wear on the base. An electric desk may have a small scratch/light wear on the top or marks on the frame. Overall appearance is neat and good. All adjustments work.

• Satisfactory: The office chair upholstery may have a few small stains or a slightly larger stain and marks on the base. An electric desk may have more noticeable scratches or marks on the top and/or scratches on the frame. All adjustments work unless stated otherwise, but may be slightly stiffer, e.g. in the office chair. Often an older model with upholstery faded from new, but a functional chair is classified as satisfactory.

• Poor: The office chair upholstery is dirty or significantly worn and the base is scratched. The electric desk top has several visible scratches and marks. Adjustments work but may be, for example, stiffer in an office chair.

Won items must be collected within one week of the winning bid. Collection takes place from our central warehouse. Detailed collection information will be emailed to the winning bidder.

If the item is delivered, the delivery time will be notified separately.

After that we charge €50 per day storage fee unless agreed otherwise.
