Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The bidder accepts the terms of sale when placing their bid.

Inspection of the property
Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, the documents and records, and the auction conditions. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on a matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the responsibility of the buyer.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest offer.
