The unit is on the ground floor at the corner of Kalastajankatu and Merimiehenkatu in a good trading location. Two hairdressers/barbers can currently work there simultaneously, and the space can be adapted for three customer seats. The debt share attached to the shares is €6,706.35 (as of 31/07/2025).

The property manager's certificate records the commercial unit's registered use under the articles of association as a residential apartment. According to a preliminary inquiry from the manager, converting it to a residential apartment would not require an amendment to the articles of association, but a change of use must be submitted to building control by means of a building permit application.
