• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come straight from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and papers relating to the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on issues that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note each bid has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Origin of items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or deficiencies.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased items within 7 days of the auction closing, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the end of bidding. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Late fee
  If the buyer does not collect items in time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged per started day of delay.

• Uncollected items
  If items are not collected within 8 days of the auction closing, the buyer is deemed to have relinquished the purchase without right to compensation or refund. The item returns to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold on an "as seen" basis, but the seller confirms that the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
