• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. As the items have not been examined by a condition inspector, hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the premises, company documents and related paperwork before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item carries no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or omissions.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check matters related to the purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Unpaid taxes transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Utility disconnection: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times:
  The buyer must collect purchased goods within 7 days of the auction's end, unless otherwise agreed in writing before the auction ends. Collection times are on weekdays.

• Delay fee
  If the buyer does not collect the goods on time, a storage fee of €40 + VAT (€50.20) will be charged for each started day past the collection deadline.

• Uncollected goods
  If goods are not collected within 8 days of the auction's end, the buyer is deemed to have abandoned the purchase without right to refund. The goods return to the seller's control and may be resold.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction's end, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
