The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff decides separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase offer to the bailiff, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increment. The offer must be delivered no later than 29 December 2025 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing at:

A written purchase offer is binding and the same conditions as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

If an offer cannot be made via the Huutokaupat.com portal, the prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer. The written offer will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic increment. The written offer must be submitted no later than 29 December 2025 at 10:00 to the Enforcement Authority, address:

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the bailiff by public sale, observing, where applicable, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales prospectus is indicative and does not provide a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are advised to examine the lot and sales prospectus carefully before placing a bid.

Vintage items can be collected after payment of the purchase price. Collection must be agreed separately with Senior Enforcement Inspector Kim Mäkelä.
An appeal against the sale or any action related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. The appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.

Payment terms:
The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the enforcement office when the bid is accepted.
