Holiday Club Pyhäniemi holiday area lies on a handsome pine ridge by the clean and fish-rich Lake Kankarinjärvi in Kihniö, Northern Häme / Pirkanmaa. The area has a lovely beach and a playground with, among other things, a large two-masted pirate ship. Depending on conditions and availability you can play tennis, mini‑golf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, canoeing, outdoor chess.. The area has excellent skiing, walking and cycling terrain (electric-assist fatbikes available for rent). There is also a cosy lakeside restaurant/bar, gym park, playground, grill huts, salon, etc.

The main activity opportunities are on Lake Kankarinjärvi, where you can canoe or boat – anglers take note! Kankarinjärvi is part of an attractive pike-perch fishing area. The best spots are, of course, up to you to find, but try deep open waters and their edges. The local fishing permit is included in the service charge.

You can reach the Tuurin village shop’s Christmas sales in under an hour by car.

Nearby there are also several national parks, including Helvetinjärvi National Park and Seitsemisen National Park.

If you cannot use the week yourself it is easy to rent out or transfer to a friend — just inform reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, apartment and yard upkeep and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 charges and will receive the share’s week from Fri 9 Jan 2026 – Fri 16 Jan 2026.

Check-in is on Friday at 14:00 and check-out the following Friday at 10:00.

You can drive to the cottage and leave the car on the driveway for the whole stay.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 for private buyers / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will supply all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax notification and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax is due for under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax notification in OmaVero.
