The loan from Helsingin Pantti can be transferred to the buyer and is included in the auction price. The share at Helsingin Pantti serves as loan collateral. The buyer may redeem the share by paying the debt, or continue to keep it pledged. The total debt on the share is therefore €94,984.85 as of 31 August 2025. All loans can be repaid if desired and are deductible from rental income. Bids are made on top of the debts of €94,984.85. Debts transfer to the buyer as a result of the sale.
