The maintenance charge covers final cleaning, bedding, towels, firewood, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, electricity, water, insurances, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency services, property management, administration, etc.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance charge and will have access to the share's week from week 2/2026 onwards (Sat 3 Jan 2026 - Sat 10 Jan 2026).

All shares offered for sale are my property unless stated otherwise.

Transfer deeds and registered mailing of the share certificate are included in the price. Delivery of the share certificate by insured mail is available for an additional €20.

Payment within 1 working day of the listing closing. If you need a longer payment period, please agree this before making an offer.

The share has no arrears on charges.

The buyer is responsible for Holiday Club's registration fee (€40 for private individuals / €60 for companies). T:mi Heli Hedman will deliver all documents required for registration to Holiday Club.

The buyer must promptly file the transfer tax declaration and pay the transfer tax (1.5% of the purchase price; no tax payable if under €10) and provide the seller with the transfer tax certificate. T:mi Heli Hedman will send the buyer detailed instructions for filing the transfer tax declaration in OmaVero.
