The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the notice and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right of exchange or return, nor does the buyer have a right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the notice are only the seller’s estimates of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.
