Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold as seen with the equipment shown in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the property.

No warranty is given for the property. The descriptions in the listing are the seller’s assessments only. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property before making a binding offer. By submitting an offer, the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.
