Contact and completion of sale

We will contact the auction winner the day after the auction ends, at which time we will also send the invoice.

Terms of Sale

The seller undertakes to sell the item to the highest bidder.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a party to the transaction.

The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment shown in the listing and at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return.

No warranty is granted for the property. The listing descriptions are the seller's assessments of the item for sale. Anyone participating in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding offer. By placing an offer the bidder accepts the property's condition as is.

It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a written binding offer to the seller. All offers will be registered publicly in the property's listing.

The seller and buyer agree to record all offers in the system. The property can only be sold to the highest bidder recorded in the system.

Transfer deeds are included in the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for costs related to registering the share according to the Holiday Club Resorts (HCR) price list (estimate: private €39, companies €59), and any possible transfer tax.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the highest bidder fails to complete the purchase for any reason, they agree to pay compensation to the seller equal to 10% of the purchase price or at least €100 if the 10% compensation is less than €100.
