The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 21 November 2025 and 12 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids closes on 12 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the provider's system has registered as highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer being liable for compensation under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic increase function. The written offer must be signed and state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 10 December 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Agency's Joensuu office, address Yliopistokatu 6B, 80100 Joensuu (open Mon–Fri 09:00–12:00), or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
