Offers must be made by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Suomen Yrityskonsultointi and the buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts all terms of sale when placing a bid. In timeshare sales, contracts are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signature link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the contract within 3 days of the auction's end.

Withdrawal from the purchase

If the sale does not take place due to the bidder, the seller is entitled to compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE: this invoice is enforceable). Participating in the auction without intent to buy is prohibited.

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the purchase price excluding debt, and Holiday Club's registration fee (€39 private / €59 business).
