Deadline for submitting bids is 18 January 2026 at 18:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

It is also possible to submit a written purchase offer for the property by 14 January 2026 at 12:00. More detailed instructions are in the sales brochure.

The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid received.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest.
The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

Seized property

The seized property with buildings is sold in an online auction. The property is sold by incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The deadline for submitting purchase bids expires on 18 January 2026 at 18:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid accepted into the auction has been made.

If it is not possible to place a bid via huutokaupat.com, a buyer candidate may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 14 January 2026 at 12:00 at the address: Ulosottolaitos, Lahti office, Kirkkokatu 12, 15140 Lahti. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as bids in the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the number of the lot in the huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies.
