Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller accepts as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making an offer the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Inspection

Bidders must familiarise themselves with the property, documents and records before submitting an offer. The buyer may not later rely on matters that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

Seller’s information

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information the seller knows and which may be assumed to affect the transaction. A condition assessment and the property's consumption data will be provided on request.

Concluding the sale

The sale of the property must be effected in the form required by the Land Code. The date and place for signing the deed will be agreed with the buyer separately. The purchase price is paid at the signing. The buyer pays the fee of the official who certifies the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax and registration of title according to prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

The party who refuses to conclude the sale must, under the Land Code, reimburse the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary acts related to the sale, amounting to EUR 1,000.
