The property will be sold by incremental bids in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 26/11/2025 - 18/12/2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 18/12/2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be included in the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The offer must be submitted in writing no later than 16/12/2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Pori office, address Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
