The object will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 25 November 2025 and 16 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 16 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by auction conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 25 November 2025 until 16 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise function. The offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 12:00 on 12 December 2025 at the address: Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written purchase offer is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must show the bidder's contact details, the maximum bid amount and the Huutokaupat.com object number to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat.com service, the prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic raise function. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 12:00 on 12 December 2025 at the address Utsökningsverket/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the bid's maximum amount and the number of the object in the Huutokaupat.com service. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting the written bid.
