The object is sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com between 20 November 2025 and 12 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 12 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold through a sales process conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period is 20 November 2025 - 12 December 2025 at 13:00 or 3 minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered price may lead to the buyer's liability to compensate under section 25, chapter 5 of the Execution Act.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has recorded as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to approve or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 10 December 2025 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number for which the bid is made. The bidder must identify themself to the enforcement authority when submitting a written bid.
