Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person on site by submitting an offer to the seller. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By making a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information that the seller knows and that can reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be carried out in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price will be paid at the conveyancing occasion. The buyer pays the certifier's (conveyancer's) fee. Alternative transaction via property exchange service (€236 incl. title registration fee).

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax applicable under current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party that refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction.
