The lot is sold by rising bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 21 November 2025 and 14 December 2025. Participation requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends on 14 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The seized object is sold by the enforcement officer via www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period runs from 21 November 2025 to 14 December 2025 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If an accepted bid is made, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability to compensate under Section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has registered as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to submit an offer via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be delivered in writing to the Enforcement Authority by 12 December 2025 at 12:00 to Ulosottolaitos/Realisointi, Tullipuominkatu 5, 28100 Pori. A written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the object number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the offer relates. The bidder must identify themselves to the enforcement authority when submitting a written offer.
