Terms of Sale

The property will be sold by competitive bids in an online auction on the website Huutokaupat.com between 26 November 2025 and 11 January 2026. The bidding deadline ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Participation in the auction requires registration.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Offers placed in the online auction are binding. If an offer is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability under Section 25, Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic bid increment. A written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates.

A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction.
