Terms of Sale

The property is sold in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com.

The online auction ends on 11 December 2025 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Acceptance or rejection of the highest bid will be decided separately.

 

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder must pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price to the Enforcement Authority’s escrow account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. When paying to the escrow account, use reference RF86 3560 0003 3912 59. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card.

If needed, the buyer may be granted time to pay the remainder of the purchase price until 22 January 2026. During the payment period interest under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is charged on the whole purchase price. The annual rate under section 3(2) of the Interest Act is currently 2.50%.

 

If it is not possible to submit a bid via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment function. The written offer must be submitted no later than 9 December 2025 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority in writing to:
