The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer by a free sale carried out in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least a deposit of 20 percent of the purchase price. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority when the bid is accepted.
