The Municipality of Ilmajoki is offering the old Ilomäki school, the youth centre and an outbuilding for sale by auction.

The site is sold as a whole, consisting of a partitioned plot and several parcels:

Partitioned plot from property 145-410-10-1, area approximately 3 826 m²

Parcel 145-410-10-16 (registered area 1 500 m²; measured from map approx. 1 449 m²)

Parcel 145-410-10-18 (registered area 1 000 m²; measured from map approx. 1 090 m²)

Parcel 145-410-10-26 (registered area 2 800 m²; measured from map approx. 2 763 m²)

The area of the partitioned plot will be confirmed after the subdivision procedure. Maps are attached. The purchase price is not tied to the area.

Buildings:

The Ilomäki school was built between 1948–1967.

Total floor area is 616 m². (Areas have not been re-measured.)

Heating is by oil.

The youth centre building was constructed before 1948, most likely in the 1920s.

Floor area is 150 m². (Areas have not been re-measured.)

Heating is electric.

The construction date of the outbuilding is unknown.

The refuse shelter is not located on the area for sale. The buyer is responsible for relocating it to their own property after signing the deed.

The old buildings on the site have defects and damage requiring repair.

The buildings are sold in a condition suitable for demolition. The buyer is responsible for demolition costs.

Various condition surveys have been carried out; reports are attached.

Interested buyers must review the attachments carefully.

The site may be inspected independently, and the contact person can show the property by appointment.

The property is sold with water and electricity connections. The property is sold as seen at the time of sale, including any movable items present. Municipal items remaining have been removed after the photos were taken. The inventory included in the sale will be specified by the time of the sales decision.

Note: The registered use of the buildings is "general education school buildings". For example, conversion to residential use requires a change of use.
