Haukipudas's former police station – a versatile property complex

For sale: a property near Haukipudas town centre, about 21 km from Oulu city centre. The property's use ended in summer 2025 when police operations moved to new premises.

The plot (4 118 m²) is in a residential area and borders three streets. The property includes a former police station completed in 1953 and renovated in the early 1990s, with a gross floor area of approximately 1 840 m² and a net floor area of about 1 300 m². The building has two storeys, an attic and a cellar. The premises include offices, detention, storage and social facilities. Heating is by oil. The property is connected to the municipal water and sewer network.

In addition to the police station, the plot has two garage buildings:

• Cold garage (1994), gross area approximately 191 m²

• Heated garage (2006), gross area approximately 170 m²

There are currently also structures on the property (so‑called social facilities container, police prison container and demolition area) that will be demolished during Senaatti's ownership.

In the local detailed plan the plot is zoned for public buildings (Y) and in the partial master plan it is designated for public services and administration (PY).
