Plot available in the Radantausta area, only about 2.5 km from Rovaniemi city centre. The plot's surroundings are mainly residential and the nearest grocery store is about 1.2 km away.

The plot is zoned in the local detailed plan as an area for small residential houses (AP). On the 1977 m² plot there is a total building right of 450 m², divided as follows:

• 3 x 150 m² for residential buildings

• 50 m² for an outbuilding or covered parking

The buyer is responsible for obtaining any required connections.

Fill material has been placed in the western part of the plot over the years. The site's soil has not been investigated; it is possible that the fill includes, for example, waste materials.

Added 31 October 2025: Before signing the deed of sale, the buyer and the city will agree in writing on the construction of the property, the construction schedule and a contractual penalty. This agreement will be attached as an appendix to the deed of sale.
