Bids must be submitted by the stated time. Bids are submitted electronically through the Huutokaupat.com system. The auction can also be attended in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system.
The highest bidder must, within 3 days of the auction ending, pay a security deposit of €500 (five hundred euros) into the account specified by the municipality. By submitting a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale and the current auction terms of Huutokaupat.com.
