Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the bid that the seller has accepted as the highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.


Viewing the property

Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and deeds in question. The buyer may not subsequently invoke a circumstance that could have been detected during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller


As the commissioned agent, Ristikangas & Koskinen Attorneys-at-Law Ltd confirms that it has provided the buyer with all information known to the seller (the estate) that may reasonably be expected to affect the transaction.


Conclusion of the transaction


The sale of the property must be carried out in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price must be paid by bank transfer to the account notified by the seller before the deed of sale is signed. The buyer pays the fee of the public purchase witness.


Other costs


The buyer is responsible for transfer tax and title registration costs.


Withdrawal from the transaction

Under the Land Code, a party that refuses to complete the transaction must reimburse the other party for the reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the transaction.
